Respect for Copyright

Takes Media Network respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our DMCA Agent containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Service (URL)
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has received two or more valid DMCA takedown notices.

Content Aggregation

Our Service aggregates headlines, brief excerpts, and links from third-party news sources and social media platforms for informational purposes. All aggregated content is attributed to its original source and links back to the original article. We do not reproduce full articles. If you are a content owner and would like your content excluded, please contact us.
